Ingredients

  • 50g Fonio flour,
  • Yeast,
  • Coconut milk
  • Sugar
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Add washed fonio into boiling water, allow to cook for 5 mins, and transfer back into a clean bowl.
  2. Add pepper, seasoning cube salt and olive oil.
  3. Using a whisk, whisk batter for about 5 mins, using a table spoon take batter and fry on a low heat until golden brown.
