  1. In a clean bowl, add a warm soy milk and dry yeast and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl add dry ingredient fonio flour, granulated sugar, melted margarine and mix very well and add risen soy milk.
  3. Using your hands, mix dough properly until it is well combined and smooth.
  4. Transfer dough into a bowl and allow the dough to rise for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer dough to a clean surface and knead with your hands.
  6. Mould dough to your preferred choice and size and place in a bread pan grease with a cover and allow to sit for another 30 minutes making sure it doubles its size, then you can transfer into an oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
