  1. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix until it is well combined, activate the yeast by adding it into warm water and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients, mix until it is well combined using clean cloth, cover bowl and allow to rise for one hour.
  3. Transfer dough to a plain surface and drizzle melted margarine knead dough until it becomes very smooth. Use a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut in a circular form.
  4. Cut out each piece in a triangular form and roll starting from the larger part to the thinner part.
  5. Grease each croissant with melted margarine and bake in an oven for 35 minutes at 140 degree celsius.
