  1. Add fonio flour into a bowl, add yeast and sugar, pinch of salt, mix well and add all wet ingredients.
  2. Using a spatula to mix properly, add more fonio flour and mix until it is well combined.
  3. Put your dough in a bowl and cover with a clean cloth and allow to rise for 1 hour.
  4. Transfer dough after it has doubled in size, knead properly and cut into desired shape and size and cover a clean cloth and allow to rest for another 30 minutes.
  5. Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry each dough until it is peach brown.
