  • Carrot
  • Cucumber.


  1. Boil your fonio in low heat for 5 minutes and let it cool for a few minutes
  2. Place your seaweed on a sushi roll and place the fonio in and fill properly using your hands.
  3. Add fillings of your choice and roll carefully.
  4. Place the rolled sushi on a plain surface and cut into desired shape with a knife and place on a tray. Enjoy with any desired sauce.
